2. Booking and Payment:
All bookings for diving trips and courses must be made through the Website or by contacting us directly.
Prices for diving trips and courses are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods, as listed on the Website.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booked activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14-30 days of the booked activity will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the booked activity are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any diving trip or course due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or minimum participant requirements not being met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Medical Requirements:
Scuba diving requires good physical health.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your safety while diving.
You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire or obtain a doctor’s clearance for participation in certain diving activities.
5. Liability and Risk:
Scuba diving is an inherently risky activity.
You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with diving, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage.
You agree to hold harmless Extra Fun Diving Club, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from your participation in diving activities.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Extra Fun Diving Club, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
