Itinerary

  • Meet your instructor and fellow divers returning to the underwater world. Review essential dive theory through interactive sessions, covering dive physics, physiology, decompression tables, and emergency procedures.
  • Head to our on-site pool for a confined water skills practice session. Under the guidance of your instructor, you'll refine critical skills like mask clearing, buoyancy control, and buddy checks, ensuring smooth execution in the open water dives.

Option 1: Boat Dives

  • Board our comfortable dive boat and head out to explore the vibrant coral reefs further offshore. Get ready for two guided open water dives designed to refresh your comfort and mastery in a wider range of underwater environments.
  • Participate in two open water dives with your instructor on the chosen dive sites. These dives will focus on putting your reviewed knowledge and practiced skills to the test in stunning underwater locations teeming with marine life.

Option 2: Shore Dives

  • Go to a convenient and scenic shore-diving location. Enjoy the ease of shore entry and explore the diverse underwater ecosystems accessible from land.
  • Participate in two guided shore dives with your instructor. These dives will focus on refreshing your skills in familiar entry and exit procedures while rediscovering the beauty of the local coral reefs and marine life.

This course is designed for certified divers who have been inactive for over a year and want to refresh their knowledge and skills before their next dive.

The course covers a variety of topics, including:
