  • Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their bookings without incurring fees up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
  • 50% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Fee: Customers who miss their appointment without providing prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

 

Refund Procedures:

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team in writing or by phone.
  • Refund Methods: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Refund Timeframes: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

Exceptions:

  • Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, customers may be eligible for a full refund upon submission of a valid medical report.

 

Force Majeure:

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel or modify tours or activities. If a tour or activity is canceled due to such circumstances, customers will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Changes to Services: We may make changes to our services or itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customer Conduct: Customers are expected to adhere to our terms and conditions and behave respectfully. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without a refund.
